1 Scope
This policy applies to all orders for curriculum-vitae, cover-letter, LinkedIn-profile, interview-coaching or other career-document services (“Services”) sold on cv-perfect.com as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
2 Cooling-Off Right (14 Days)
- If work on your order has not started, you may cancel for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund.
- If you ask us to begin immediately (by ticking the explicit-consent box at checkout), you acknowledge that once writing begins you lose the statutory withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 (m).
3 Refund Schedule after Work Starts

4 100 % Satisfaction & Free Revisions
- We will revise your documents free of charge for up to 14 days after you receive the first draft, until you confirm you are satisfied.
- If you are still unsatisfied after reasonable revisions, we offer to assign a second writer at no extra cost.
- Only where we cannot meet mutually agreed specifications after these steps will a discretionary refund be considered.
5 Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
- Approval of final documents (explicit or implied by 14 days of silence).
- Failure to provide required background information or respond to editor queries within requested timeframes.
- Downloading or using the completed résumé/CV, even if within the initial 14-day period
- Chargebacks filed without first following the dispute-resolution steps in §7. [Inference]
6 How to Request a Refund or Revision
Email support@cv-perfect.com with: (a) order ID, (b) reason, (c) preferred resolution (revision or refund). We aim to respond in one business day and to issue any approved refund via the original payment method within three business days; banks may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
7 Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first; most issues are resolved by a rewrite or partial credit. If a settlement cannot be reached, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
8 Governing Law
Contracts are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU consumer-protection regulations.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may modify this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Updated versions take effect upon posting and apply to future purchases only. [Unverified]
