1. Who we are

CV Perfect (cv-perfect.com) is operated by ROSTO SRL, a company registered in Romania under no. J40/9904/1994, VAT number RO5801425, with its registered office at Str. Știrbei Vodă 166, 010121 Bucharest, Romania ("we", "us"). Contact: support@cv-perfect.com.

2. The service

CV Perfect provides (a) a free, automated review of the CV you upload and (b) a paid service that rewrites your CV into a professional document tailored to the job you indicate, delivered as PDF and Word files. Both are produced with the help of artificial intelligence, based exclusively on the information you provide. The review and the rewritten CV are suggestions: you are responsible for checking that the final CV is accurate before using it.

3. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to upload the CV and the information you send us and that they are truthful. You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service. We do not invent experience, qualifications or results; if you notice an inaccuracy, you can request changes within the rewrites included in your order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT: €9 for one professional CV, €9 per month or €89 per year for the subscription. VAT is added at checkout according to the rules of your country; business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically every month or every year until you cancel it. It allows you to create up to 30 CVs per calendar month for your personal use. You can cancel at any time from your account; the subscription then remains active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Accounts may not be shared, and automated or commercial use (for example, producing CVs for third parties as a business) is not permitted.

6. Delivery and right of withdrawal

The professional CV is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. For subscriptions, the right of withdrawal ends when you unlock your first CV. Our voluntary refund policy is described in the refund policy.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that a CV will lead to an interview or a job. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Acceptable use

You must not upload content that is unlawful, that belongs to another person without their consent, or that attempts to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your country. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes that affect an active subscription will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
