Refund policy

You can preview your new CV for free before paying, so you know exactly what you buy. Because the CV is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started (see our terms of service). We nevertheless offer the following voluntary guarantees:

Technical problems

If you paid but could not download your CV because of a technical problem on our side, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days, we refund you in full.

Not satisfied with the content

Every order includes 2 free rewrites with your corrections. If the result still does not reflect your CV correctly, write to us within 14 days of payment at support@cv-perfect.com and we will review your request and refund you if the CV contains errors we cannot correct.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period already paid. If you subscribed and did not create any CV, you can request a full refund of the first payment within 14 days.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
